The Chordettes waren ein US-amerikanisches weibliches Gesangsquartett. Die Gruppe nahm zunächst (ab 1950) für Columbia Records, danach (ab 1954) ausschließlich für Cadence Records auf, wurde hier allermeist vom Orchester Archie Bleyer [1] begleitet und hatte zwischen 1954 und 1961 acht Top-20-Hits in der U.S.-Hitparade.
