Their most commercially successful album What a Crying Shame has been certified platinum in the United States and double-platinum in Canada. In addition, the band has received one Grammy Award, two Country Music Association awards, and three Academy of Country Music awards.
Most of the songs are originals but the album includes fine cobers of O what a thrill (Jesse Winchester) and All that heaven will allow (Bruce Springsteen). Other highlights include Neon blue (with Trisha Yearwood on backing vocals), Pretend and I should have been true.
