Writing entries, on Journey Cloud beta, web app running from a Windows 11 system. It was working last 8/10/2023 at 4:00pm MST, now it's 8/10/2023 10:53pm MST, checked in from 10:00pm and it's not allowing me to edit/add any entries on the web app.

During the open beta trial, our goal is to test the robustness and usage of Journey Cloud Sync. We plan to start with 5.3GB first. Yes, you can import Google Drive entries + media files into Journey Cloud Sync. I would highly recommend you to only import the recent entries during the trial and not the full 7GB.
You can delete your custom templates. To do so: Go to the web app via Journey.Cloud. Press "+" to create a new entry. Choose template. Press ⛔︎ to delete template. Yes, you can add an image in a custom template. Go to the editor > insert "+" > add image by URL. Then save the entry as a custom template.
Tamye. I recently got a new Samsung Android phone and discovered today that three months of journal entries from mid-April to the end of July are missing. I contacted the app help, but haven't received an email back yet. I hope there is a way to recover those missing entries. I'm really upset about this.
Most if not all phones default image quality and file type is now HEIC and not having that - creates an additional step where I have to go out of the app and convert my images before they can be uploaded to Journey. Even if HEIC support means autocoverting an uploaded image to JPEG to be attached to your journal posts would be immensely helpful.
