Smiley Lewis / Rocks. Smiley Lewis, geboren als Overton Amos Lemons im Jahr 1913 - nicht viele werden ihn, aber einen seiner berühmt gewordenen Titel kennen: "I Hear You Knocking", sehr bekannt geworden durch Dave Edmunds, der 1970 damit einen 'Number One - Hit' in England landete. Der Urheber selbst nahm den Titel 1955 auf.
