Black Bear Road is the only C.W. McCall album with a lyric sheet: it’s printed on the inside front cover. In the lower right corner of the front cover: “Photographed on the Cinnamon Pass road, near Animas Forks, Colorado”. The back cover has a picture of C.W. in the window of an old building, smiling and looking a bit like John Denver.
