Southfields Academy (formerly Southfields Community College) is a secondary school and sixth form with academy status in Southfields , south west London. It has about 1300 students. Southfields Academy has been rated by Ofsted as either Outstanding or Good since 2001.
The aim of Southfields Academy is for students and staff to accept the challenges of learning so that students leave with the knowledge, skills and maturity to take up their adult roles.
Aims, Vision & Ethos. At Southfields we aim to create a culture of tolerance and respect for others, where students and staff work together to improve. Our vision is to develop a provision that will secure the best life chances for our students once they leave Southfields Academy.
Southfields Academy is a school that aims to provide the highest quality education and prepare students for their next stage in life. It offers academic, vocational and work-related courses, as well as a Sixth Form with various options.
Southfields Academy is an academy school for pupils ages 11-18. The academy trustees of the school are responsible for the arrangements for admitting children. The school will admit 180 pupils to Year 7 in September 2024.
