Brian Willoughby (born 20 September 1949) is a British guitarist. He has worked with many musicians, notably Dave Cousins and The Strawbs, Mary Hopkin, as well as releasing solo work.

Twiddly Bits is a 19-track instrumental album with Willoughby playing all the instruments, with a little help from Craig, Danny McGeevy (whistle), Niall Quinn (bodhran) and Dennis Bryon (drums). It is an incredible accomplishment.
