With Glenn Sherba added on second guitar and Richard Bryans (from the band Aviary) replacing Clarke on drums, Badfinger released their second post-Ham album, Say No More, in 1981, with the album being distributed by Radio Records.
The album was recorded in Miami, Florida, by Evans, Molland, pianist and organist Tony Kaye (formerly of Yes), guitarist Glen Sherba and drummer Richard Bryans and was co-produced by Jack Richardson. Kaye had been invited to join the band by Evans after Airwaves , as the two had been friends.

13. Sept. 2018 · A different line-up of Molland, Evans, Tony Kaye, Glenn Sherba and Richard Bryans issued Say No More in 1981 on the Radio label, the final new album to bear the Badfinger moniker. Two years later, Tom Evans also took his own life.
Tex (a.k.a. Glenn Sherba) started out as a touring musician and LA session player working with Grammy award winning composer Diane Warren (Aerosmith, Arron Neville, Bryan Adams,Cher) and producers Andy Johns (The Stones, Led Zeppelin), David Briggs (Neil Young) and John Alcock (Thin Lizzy, The Who, Earle Slick).
