Peter O'Malley (born December 12, 1937) is an American former owner (1979–98) and president (1970–98) of the Los Angeles Dodgers of Major League Baseball (MLB). He currently is a part-owner of the San Diego Padres since 2012.
O'Malley turned professional in 1987. He has won several times on the PGA Tour of Australasia, but spent most of the year playing on the European Tour. He was runner-up to Mark James in his first European Tour event, the 1989 Dubai Desert Classic, and has since won three titles on the European Tour.
Accurate off the tee, Peter finished 10th in the European Order of Merit in 1995. Peter has five wins on the PGA Tour of Australasia and two on the Korn Ferry Tour in the USA. Peter O'Malley served as president of the Dodgers from 1970-98 and succeeded his father as owner of the club in 1979. He sold the team in '98.

She died Wednesday at home in Los Angeles, the Dodgers announced on Thursday after being informed by Peter O’Malley’s assistant.
