4. Dez. 2020 · So I presume you have a 3 or 4 cm expansion gap? If so how about applying a liquid damp proof membrane to the exposed bare concrete, and continue it up behind the skirting, obviously before fixing the skirting. The only other way is to leave a gap between skirting and floor for ventilation - this however might prove unsightly. Good luck.

11. Juni 2020 · If the scribe goes in and out too much following the wall precisely it can actually look worse. Plasterers don't seem to use big straight edges anymore, even with their base layers. Don't use silicone as not generally paintable. Caulk it. Could use masking tape on the panels to get a clean line but likely unnecessary given the colour of the cabs.
28. Feb. 2022 · Feb 28, 2022. #1. I'm making some shelves out of plywood and I've used a router to cut out shapes in them. There are parts of the plywood that have voids under the surface and I want to fill them with (self levelling?) epoxy resin but I don't know which one to choose. The voids cannot be attacked with wood filler, I'd already considered that.
