10. Feb. 2024 · Prince’s long-term replacement was the 17-year-old Skip Alan. His first recording with the Pretties was Midnight To Six Man , a gruff stomper whose theme reflected the after-hours habits of the band themselves.
Also involved was 17-year-old Alan Ernest Skipper, now better known as Skip Alan, who was to become the group’s longest-serving drummer in their post-R&B phase.
