Harrow in Quotes. The transition to high school is never easy (especially for us parents) but my daughter has settled in well and has made new friends. About Us. Welcome to Harrow High School’s website. I hope that it will give you an understanding of our unique school environment. The school itself sits on the site of Harrow County School, formed in 1911 as a publicly funded competitor to the prestigious nearby Harrow School.
Harrow High School is a co-educational academy in the London Borough of Harrow and a specialist Sports College. It was previously called Gayton High School and Harrow County School for Boys. The school has a sixth form for post-16 studies part of the Harrow Sixth Form Collegiate.
It is our pleasure to welcome you to Harrow High Sixth Form. Our aim in the school and the Sixth Form is simple: Excellence for All. In 2022, Harrow High Sixth Form learners achieved the best exam results ever in the Sixth Form at A-Level, and this is a testament to our staff and students' relentless commitment to our aim.
Harrow High School is in the top 4% nationally for value added at 'A' level and top 3% for BTEC. We are ranked 165th out of 4,273 colleges for 'A' level results - study with the best at HHS.
Harrow High School hosted its 5th Careers Fair on 18 October and it proved to be a resounding success with our learners, parents/careers and exhibitors. A range of different organisations attended the fair, which enabled our learners to discover the different careers they could pursue.
