Khadijeh Saqafi (Persian: خدیجه ثقفی ; 1915/1916 – 21 March 2009) was an Iranian revolutionary and the wife of Ruhollah Khomeini, the Supreme Leader of Iran and figurehead of the Iranian Revolution. In Iran, she was known as "the mother of the Islamic revolution".

22. März 2009 · Khadijeh Saqafi, known as the "mother of the Islamic revolution", passed away on Saturday. She was buried at Ayatollah Khomeini's shrine in Tehran, where President Ahmadinejad and other officials paid their respects.
The book compiled on the life of Imam Khomeini’s wife, the Late Khadijeh Saqafi will be unveiled at an upcoming international summit in Tehran.
