Earth vs the Wildhearts is the debut studio album by British rock band The Wildhearts, released in 1993. The title is based on such B-movie titles as Earth vs. the Flying Saucers and Earth vs. the Spider.
Ronson und Bowie hatten diese Version bereits während der Zeiten von Ziggy Stardust stets bei Livekonzerten gespielt. Auf dem 1993er-Album Earth Vs The Wildhearts der Band The Wildhearts spielte Mick Ronson sein letztes veröffentlichtes Gitarrensolo in dem Lied My Baby Is a Headfuck.

Michael Ronson (26 May 1946 – 29 April 1993) [1] was an English musician, songwriter, arranger, and producer. He achieved critical and commercial success working with David Bowie as the guitarist of the Spiders from Mars.
This Album is dedicated to Mick Ronson. This is the re-release version which includes different rear sleeve artwork and the track Caffeine Bomb, which is missing from the earlier 1993 release. Made in Germany

23. Apr. 2019 · This is an album full of heavy rockers. Sometimes it's blended with ridiculously catchy pop, and sometimes it almost sounds like heavy metal. The album opens in style with "Greetings from Shitsville" before the almost bizarre mix of pop and rock of "TV Tan".
