The most basic option which does away with my dilemma would be: Departure to X (where X is the name of the location, you could substitute Buffalo, Cairo or Sydney for it if that makes the question clearer.) But what if the word trip or excursion is included? Would it be: Departure on trip to X: 8:30 AM? Thanks in advance.
