Chingford Foundation School is a coeducational state secondary school and sixth form located in Chingford in the London Borough of Waltham Forest. It is a specialist Humanities College and has been an academy since October 2012.
Admission Arrangements for 2024-2025. Applying for a Year 7 place in a normal September admission round. The Admission Authority of Chingford Foundation School is The Chingford Academies Trust (the Governing body of the School). At Chingford Foundation School, we follow the Local Authority admissions procedure.
Welcome to Chingford Sixth Form. Sixth Form provision was rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted in October 2023. Inspectors described the Sixth Form as 'the strength of the school' where students 'develop effective study habits to prepare them well for their next steps.'.

Academic Curriculum. At Chingford Sixth Form, all students follow an academic curriculum that is best suited to their individual talents and future prospects. The vast majority of students study three A-Levels, however a small number of exceptionally able students can study four A-Levels after agreement from the Head of Sixth Form.
