  3. FORM ONE ADMISSIONS. As a Grant-In-Aid boys’ school, Wah Yan College, Hong Kong can only admit Hong Kong male residents who are eligible for admission. We follow the Education Bureau’s Secondary School Places Allocation (SSPA) System. The SSPA System is divided into two stages, namely Discretionary Places (DP) and Central Allocation (CA).
