Chow's Gymnastics and Dance Institute, commonly referred to as Chow's, is an American women's artistic gymnastics academy based in West Des Moines, Iowa. The academy was founded by Chinese former artistic gymnast Liang Chow.
Chow’s Gymnastics & Dance Institute is the home of Liang Chow. Coach Chow is well known for his excellence as a coach and for training Olympic Gold Medalists Shawn Johnson, Gabby Douglas and international top elite gymnasts, Coach Chow was also an exceptional gymnast for the Chinese National team.
Chow’s Gymnastics & Dance Institute (CGDI) seeks to establish the highest-quality gymnastics program possible in the United States. CGDI is dedicated to helping all participants reach their potential, both physically and mentally, through the sport of gymnastics.
Liang Chow (also known as Qiao Liang; simplified Chinese: 乔 良; traditional Chinese: 喬良; pinyin: Qiáo Liáng) (born January 1, 1968) is a Chinese-American former artistic gymnast. He is the founder, owner, and head coach of Chow's Gymnastics and Dance Institute in West Des Moines, Iowa.
