The album was mixed by the band members themselves. This is the first Wellwater Conspiracy album to include Matt Cameron on lead vocals. The album has a guest appearance by rock musician Josh Homme of Queens of the Stone Age and Kyuss. The album's cover art was created by Cameron.

15. Dez. 2006 · JOSH HOMME, the superhero from QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE, stops by as well to provide vox on three of the tracks. If you like good alternative rock 'n roll, there is no conspiracy, this is the real deal. I can't wait to explore the other releases by this cool band, after hearing this record- you will too. Good stuff.
