Anni-Frid Synni Lyngstad KVO1kl (born 15 November 1945), also known simply as Frida, is a Swedish singer who is best known as one of the founding members and lead singers of the pop band ABBA. Courtesy titles Princess Reuss and Countess of Plauen are also in use because of her third marriage.

Frida ensam (English: Frida Alone) is the second studio album by Swedish singer Anni-Frid Lyngstad. It was first released by Polar Music in 1975 while Lyngstad was a member of the pop group ABBA and produced by her then-fiancé and fellow ABBA member, Benny Andersson.

Largely thanks to ‘Fernando’, the Frida ensam album became an enormous domestic success, spending six weeks at number one on the Swedish album chart. After the release of Frida ensam in November 1975, it would take almost seven years before a new Frida solo album hit record stores.
