Malone is currently on tour in support of Slings and Arrows Malone is also currently working on a Christmas album with her new holiday group, the jazzy cocktail trio Michelle Malone and The Hot Toddies with Doug Kees on guitar and Robby Handley on upright bass.

After releasing a jazzy holiday-themed album in 1993, A Swingin' Christmas in the Attic, Malone partnered with Daemon Records, the label launched by Amy Ray of the Indigo Girls, longtime friends and mentors for Malone since her college days, for the 1994 album Redemption Dream, in which she debuted her new band, Band de Soleil.
Michelle Malone LOVES Christmas music. She's been wanting to start a holiday trio ever since 1992 when she recorded her first holiday album, A Swingin' Christmas In The Attic (out of print but available for download here on mmtunes).
