1988 heiratete sie den israelischen Film- und Musikproduzenten Uri Fruchtmann. Im Dezember 1988 hatte Lennox eine Fehlgeburt. In Gedenken an das verlorene Kind veröffentlichte sie das Lied Angel auf dem Album We Too Are One. 1990 und 1993 kamen zwei gemeinsame Töchter mit Fruchtmann zur Welt.
