Martin James "Boz" Boorer (born 19 May 1962 in Edgware, Middlesex, England) is an English guitarist and producer who founded the new wave rockabilly group the Polecats; and for a 30-year period beginning in 1991 was co-writer, guitarist and musical director with Morrissey.

6. Apr. 2021 · I’m not that fussed, it’s a great record! The simple two-string guitar is monumental and the distortion is thought of as the first on record. There’s been a few covers over the years, including some by The Yardbirds that sound almost like proto-punk.
