Christopher David Noth (/ n oʊ θ / NOHTH; born November 13, 1954) is an American actor. He is known for his television roles as NYPD Detective Mike Logan on Law & Order (1990–1995), Big on Sex and the City (1998–2004), and Peter Florrick on The Good Wife (2009–2016).
Chris Noth is a two-time Golden Globe nominee and SAG Award nominated actor known for his roles in Sex and the City, The Good Wife, and Tyrant. He has also appeared in films, stage plays, and TV shows such as And Just Like That... and Doctor Who.
