  5. John Lane (died February 18, 2007) was a drummer. He was a member of Bill Haley And His Comets from 1965 (some sources state 1964) until 1968. In 1980s he joined bassist and former Bill Haley And His Comets' member, Al Rappa in Bill Haley's Comets.
