Mark Whitfield (born October 6, 1966) is an American jazz guitarist. Life and career. Whitfield was born in Lindenhurst, New York. He has worked with Jack McDuff, Jimmy Smith, Courtney Pine, Nicholas Payton, and Chris Botti. [1]
Chris Walker is an American musician and producer best known for his 1992 Billboard Hot 100 top 40 hit "Take Time". Biography. Walker was born and raised in Houston, Texas, where he began singing before speaking. He got his start in the church as a member of his family gospel group, The Walker Brothers.
Over the years, he has also worked with Mark Whitfield, George Benson, Dee Dee Bridgewater, Kirk Whalum, and more. It was while working on demos for another artist that Walker met businessman and songwriter Ray Davis. The two hit it off and began writing songs together.
