Kenneth Mellman is an American musician and cabaret artist. He is a member of The Julie Ruin. Mellman is co-creator of Kiki and Herb with Justin Bond and plays the role of Herb. He created his solo show Kenny Mellman Is Grace Jones and co-wrote the show At Least It's Pink with Bridget Everett and Michael Patrick King.
Kiki and Herb ( Justin Bond and Kenny Mellman) are an American drag cabaret duo. Bond portrays Kiki DuRane, an aging, alcoholic, female lounge singer. Mellman portrays her gay, male piano accompanist, known only as Herb.

Active from 1992 to 2008, Kiki and Herb was critically and popularly embraced for their mix of political fervor, punk rock extremity, outrageous humor and heartfelt passion.
