Nietzsche: Philosopher, Psychologist, Antichrist (1950; second edition 1956; third edition 1968; fourth edition 1974; fifth edition 2013) is a book about the German philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche by the philosopher Walter Kaufmann.
It is, in large part, the accomplishment of Walter Kaufmann’s Nietzsche: Philosopher, Psychologist, Antichrist, whose first edition appeared in 1950, when its author was not yet thirty, and its fourth, which is being reissued here, in 1974.

And he disspells long-held mistaken beliefs about Nietzsche's philosophy that the Nazis purposely distorted and propagated to justify their own agenda. A good read for anyone interested in philosophy and in discerning the real essence of Nietzsche's beliefs.
