  4. Porter has his own group the Runnin' Pardners, and also other projects such as The Trio with Johnny Vidacovich, New Orleans Social Club, Deep Fried, and Porter Batiste Stoltz.

  5. Highlighting "Runnin' Partner" are two contributions by ace guitarist Earl King: "Rough Spots" and "Don't You Make Me Ig'nunt." King also sits in on these two cuts, which are given uptempo, funkified treatments by Porter.
