Grant Mitchell (1874-1957) was a stage and film actor who appeared in many \"B\" and some \"A\" movies. He was the grandnephew of President Rutherford B. Hayes and played roles such as Senator MacPherson in Mr. Smith Goes to Washington and Reverend Harper in Arsenic and Old Lace.

Ross Kemp reprises his role as Grant Mitchell, the hardman son of Peggy Mitchell, who is dying of cancer. He reunites with his family and his ex-wife Sharon, who had an affair with his brother Phil.
