Ramasamy Ganesan (17 November 1920 – 22 March 2005), better known by his stage name Gemini Ganesan, was an Indian actor who worked mainly in Tamil cinema. He was referred as Kaadhal Mannan (King of Romance) for his romantic roles in films.
Gemini Ganesan ( Tamil: ஜெமினி கணேசன், * 16. November 1919 in Pudukkottai, Tamil Nadu; † 22. März 2005 in Chennai; bürgerlicher Name: Ramaswamy Ganesan) war ein indischer Schauspieler. Zusammen mit M. G. Ramachandran und Sivaji Ganesan gehörte er zu den großen Stars der tamilischen Filmindustrie .
Gemini Ganesan was a popular South Indian actor who starred in over 200 films in various languages. He was the father of Bollywood star Rekha and won several awards, including Padmasree and Kalaimamani.
