Catherine Lacey (born April 9, 1985) is an American writer. Career. Lacey's first novel, Nobody Is Ever Missing, was published by Farrar, Straus and Giroux. Dwight Garner, in The New York Times, called her prose "dreamy and fierce at the same time." [1] . Time Out named it "the (hands down) best book of the year." [2] .
Catherine Lacey is a writer based in Mexico who has won several awards for her books, including Biography of X, The Answers, and Nobody Is Ever Missing. She is working on a new nonfiction project, The Möbius Book, and a short story collection, My Stalkers.
Catherine Lacey studierte an der Columbia University und erhielt 2012 ein Künstlerstipendium von der New York Foundation of the Arts. Während der Mitarbeit in der Leitung eines Bed & Breakfast schrieb sie ihren ersten Roman.
