The Crumb family of artists is an American family, several of whom are notable cartoonists. The family includes: Robert Crumb (b. August 30, 1943) - better known as R. Crumb. Creator of such characters as Fritz the Cat and Mr. Natural.
Charles Crumb was a comic writer and artist, and the older brother of Robert Crumb. He influenced Robert's career and created his own comics based on Disney, philosophy and mysticism, but suffered from mental problems and suicide.
