Philippe Jean Armand Étancelin (28 December 1896 – 13 October 1981) was a French racing driver, and a winner of the 1934 24 Hours of Le Mans. He competed primarily on the Grand Prix circuit, and was an early Formula One driver.
Philippe Étancelin was a veteran of pre-war and post-war Grand Prix racing, who competed in the first Formula One world championship in 1950. He won the French GP in 1930 and the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1931, and was awarded the Légion d'Honneur in 1952.
