Wesley Hoedt (Alkmaar, 6 maart 1994) is een Nederlands voetballer die doorgaans als centrale verdediger speelt. Hij tekende in augustus 2017 een contract tot medio 2022 bij Southampton, dat circa 17 miljoen euro voor hem betaalde aan SS Lazio. In het seizoen 2020/21 speelde hij op huurbasis bij (wederom) SS Lazio.

Hoedt marked his Watford debut with the equalising goal in a 1-1 draw against Blackburn Rovers in February 2023, and made 15 appearances for the Hornets before the end of the season. The defender was named as Player of the Season after a superb 2023/24 showing, which saw him used as the club's on-field captain across a total of 48 appearances.
