Youngs was a four-year volleyball starter at outside hitter (1988, 1989, 1991, 1992) and led the Bruins to four Final Four appearances. By the end of her stellar career, she was one of only five women volleyball players (now 12) to have been ever selected as 4-time NCAA All-Americans.
