Zuzana Hejnová (* 19. Dezember 1986 in Liberec, Tschechoslowakei) ist eine ehemalige tschechische Leichtathletin, die sich auf den 400-Meter-Hürdenlauf spezialisiert hat und in dieser Disziplin zweimal Weltmeisterin wurde. Sie startete zu Beginn ihrer Karriere auch im Sprint und im Siebenkampf.

Hejnová is the Czech record holder for the 400 m hurdles, and also holds national best in the 300 m hurdles. She is a four-time Czech outdoor champion ( 400 m, 400 m hurdles) and an eight-time national indoor champion ( 200 m, 400 m, pentathlon ). Her sister, Michaela, is also an Olympic athlete.
