Tiffeny Carleen Milbrett (born October 23, 1972) is an American former professional soccer forward who was a longtime member of the United States women's national team. In May 2018 the National Soccer Hall of Fame announced Milbrett will be enshrined in the Hall.

The 5-foot-2 forward terrorized opposing defenses for the U.S. Women’s National Team from 1991-2005. Milbrett scored exactly 100 goals in her U.S. WNT career, making her one of two players (with Mia Hamm being the other) to hit the century mark for college and country.
