Manuel dos Reis da Silva Buíça (31 December 1875 – 1 February 1908) was a Portuguese schoolteacher and soldier involved in the regicide of King Carlos I of Portugal and Prince Royal, Luís Filipe, during the events that became known as the Lisbon Regicide.

Manuel Buíça, dont le nom complet était Manuel dos Reis da Silva Buíça (Valpaços, Bouçoães, 30 décembre 1876 — Lisbonne, 1 er février 1908) fut l'un des tireurs lors du régicide du roi du Portugal, Charles I er.
Manuel Buíça and Alfredo Costa, two members of the conspiracy, fired upon the royal family. The king and crown prince were fatally wounded, while Queen Amélia managed to escape unharmed. The assassins were immediately apprehended and arrested, but the damage had been done.
By comparing the serial numbers, it was possible to determine that from these lots the two main weapons used in the regicide, two week later, came out: Browning nº 349-432 by Alfredo Costa and Winchester nº 2137 by Manuel Buíça (Miguel Sanches de Baêna, Diário by D. Manuel, pp. 143-144).
