Ottilie Ethel Leopoldine Herbert, Countess of Carnarvon (née Losch; November 15, 1903 – December 24, 1975), known professionally as Tilly Losch, was an Austrian dancer, choreographer, actress, and painter who lived and worked for most of her life in the United States and United Kingdom.
Tilly Losch (1903-1975) was an Austrian-born actress and dancer who starred in films such as The Garden of Allah and The Good Earth. She was also the second wife of the 6th Earl of Carnarvon and a choreographer for ballet and modern dance.

Tilly (eig. Ethel) aus: * 15.11.1903 Wien, †. 24.12.1975 New York /USA. Tänzerin, Choreographin, Filmschauspielerin und Malerin. Ausgebildet an der Ballettschule der Wiener Hofoper, seit 1918 Mitglied des Wiener Staatsopernballetts, avancierte L. 1924 zur Solotänzerin.
Tilly Losch (1903-1975), die im Fach der weiblichen Verführerin Aufsehen erregt hatte und Hedy Pfundmayr (1899-1965), die häufig in Hosenrollen auftrat. Für einen Auftritt bei den Salzburger Festspielen 1927 zusammen mit dem jungen Tänzer Harald Kreutzberg wurden Händetänze kreiert.
Tilly Losch was a star of the Vienna Opera and a collaborator of Max Reinhardt and George Balanchine. She had a turbulent marriage with Edward James, a poet and arts patron, and appeared in several films, including Duel in the Sun.
