Emily Clark Hewitt (born May 26, 1944) is an American lawyer and minister who served as a former judge and the chief judge of the United States Court of Federal Claims.
Emily C. Hewitt was a federal judge for the United States Court of Federal Claims. She joined the court in 1998 after being nominated by President Bill Clinton . Hewitt also served as the Chief Judge of the Court from 2009 until her term ended.
