Eighteen in the Sun (Italian: Diciottenni al sole, also known as Beach Party-Italian Style) is a 1962 Italian teen comedy film directed by Camillo Mastrocinque.The movie was shot in Naples and in island of Ischia.
Originally titled Diciottenni al sole (and also known as Beach Party-Italian Style in some markets), this Italian film follows Nicole Molino (Catherine Spaak), a French teenager on vacation at the Italian resort island of Ischia.
Overview. An Italian variation on the Frankie & Annette-Gidget beach party movies that were all the rage in North America in the early 60s. Nicole Molino (Catherine Spaak) and Nicola Molino (Gianni Garko) are not related to one another.
