Lucifer Rising. Erster langer Film von Kenneth Anger über Luzifer, den rebellierenden Engel, der durch Anger nicht als Satan interpretiert wird, sondern als Gott des Lichts. Im Zentrum des Films steht eine magische Zeremonie, deren Zeremonienmeister an der Beschwörung Luzifers fast zerbricht.
A surreal and occult-themed animation short film from 1972, featuring music by Bobby Beausoleil, a Manson family member. The film depicts the summoning of the angel Lucifer by Egyptian gods and the transformation of a young woman into a space-ship.

10. Feb. 2019 · Der Film “Lucifer Rising” entstand im Jahre 1972, wurde aber erst ab 1980 verbreitet . Der Soundtrack stammt von Bobby Beausoleil, der auch Lucifer darstellt. Die Musik nahm er im Gefängnis auf, da er sich, im Zuge seiner Zugehörigkeit zur Charles Manson “Familie” eines Mordes schuldig gemacht hat. Aktuell (2019) sitzt er immer noch im Gefängnis.
