Im Oktober 2013 wurde bekanntgegeben, dass ein auf Drag Becomes Him basierender Spielfilm in Planung sei. Durch eine erfolgreiche Kickstarter-Kampagne im März 2014 konnte das Projekt schließlich umgesetzt und im April 2015 veröffentlicht werden.
