The Undead is a 1957 horror film directed by Roger Corman and starring Pamela Duncan, Allison Hayes, Richard Garland and Val Dufour. It also featured Corman regulars Richard Devon, Dick Miller, Mel Welles and Bruno VeSota. The authors' original working title was The Trance of Diana Love.
The undead are beings in mythology, legend, or fiction that are deceased but behave as if alive. Most commonly the term refers to corporeal forms of formerly alive humans, such as mummies, vampires, and zombies, which have been reanimated by supernatural means, technology, or disease.

The Undead (deutsch: Die Untoten) sind eine US-amerikanische Punkband aus New Jersey. Die Band war in ihren Anfangstagen in der Hardcore -Szene New Yorks verwurzelt, wird mittlerweile allerdings dem Horrorpunk zugerechnet. Einziges Originalmitglied ist nach zahlreichen Besetzungswechseln und temporären Auflösungen Sänger und Gitarrist Bobby Steele.
