Hank Ballard (eigentlich John H. Kendricks; * 18. November 1927 in Detroit, Michigan; † 2. März 2003 in Los Angeles, Kalifornien) war ein US-amerikanischer Rhythm-&-Blues - und Doo-Wop -Sänger, der vor allem in den 1950er Jahren erfolgreich war.
Hank Ballard (1927-2003) was a rock and roll pioneer who wrote and recorded "The Twist" and led the Midnighters. He had several hit singles in the 1950s and 1960s, and was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1990.
