Jelle Zijlstra (Oosterbierum, 27 augustus 1918 – Wassenaar, 23 december 2001) was een Nederlands politicus, voor de ARP later het CDA, en bankier. Hij was minister-president van Nederland van 1966 tot 1967. Hij leidde in die periode het kabinet-Zijlstra. Van 1967 tot en met 1981 was Zijlstra president van De Nederlandsche Bank N.V.
