Pascual Cervera y Topete (born Feb. 18, 1839, Medina Sidonia, Spain—died April 3, 1909, Puerto Real) was a Spanish admiral whose fleet was destroyed in battle off Cuba in the Spanish–American War (1898). A graduate of a naval cadet school, he engaged in operations off Morocco and in the Sulu Islands and the Philippines.

Pascual Cervera Topete nació el 18 de febrero de 1839 en Medina Sidonia (Cádiz). Su padre fue oficial del Ejército que luchó contra las tropas de Napoleón durante la guerra de la Independencia. Cuando sólo contaba 13 años de edad, ingresó en el Colegio Naval.
