Rachel Jane Reeves (born 13 February 1979) is a British politician who serves, since July 2024, as Chancellor of the Exchequer and concurrently Second Lord of the Treasury. A member of the Labour Party, she has been Member of Parliament (MP) for Leeds West and Pudsey, previously Leeds West, since 2010.
