Constantin Dăscălescu (n. 2 iulie 1923, Breaza, județul Prahova, România – d. 15 mai 2003, București, România) a fost un om politic comunist român, care a îndeplinit funcția de cel de-al 52-lea prim-ministru al României în perioada din 1982 și până la căderea regimului în 1989.
Am 21. Mai 1982 wurde er schließlich als Nachfolger von Ilie Verdeț Ministerpräsident der Sozialistischen Republik Rumänien. Dieses Amt bekleidete er bis zu seinem Sturz während der Rumänischen Revolution am 22. Dezember 1989.
